Qatar Airways will start flying an Airbus A350-1000 on its Doha – New York JFK route from 28 October 2018 – the airline’s first commercial route to the US operated with the aircraft.
The Qatari carrier is the global launch customer for the world’s most advanced passenger aircraft, the latest member of the Airbus widebody aircraft portfolio.
Qatar Airways operates a double daily non-stop service between Doha and London using both an A350-900 and a Boeing 777-300ER on the route. The A350-1000 offers 327 seats across two cabins.
Qatar Airways serves 10 cities across the US, including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.
