ABM works with Qatar Airways on growing fleet

As Qatar Airways grows its fleet of Airbus A350-1000 aircraft by three, ABM UK has been awarded a contract to provide cabin secure cleaning services at Heathrow Airport.

ABM, one of the UK’s leading providers of aviation services, recently began the contract, at a time when nurturing passenger confidence is critical to the recovery of the aviation industry. Now more than ever, airports need to partner with strong facilities services providers that have the resources and expertise to vet products and procedures, examine the science and results, and invest in the development and delivery of meaningful solutions.

Antony Marke, Group Managing Director for ABM’s UK aviation business, says: “Qatar Airways is one of the few global airlines to have continued flying throughout the pandemic and we are focussed on helping them build on this success.

“Ensuring passengers feel safe enough to fly again plays a major role in this and delivering clean airports and aircrafts is therefore essential.”

ABM offers a combination of a long-standing reputation for excellence in airport services and world-class facilities expertise which has been developed within the UK and globally throughout the company’s 112 year history.
