Accelya, a provider of airline retailing software, today announced FLX ONE Vision – a real-time Order intelligence capability that gives airlines a single, connected view of live Order data across their operations.
It helps commercial, operations, and customer teams see what’s selling, what’s changing, and where issues may emerge, so they can respond faster and with greater confidence.
Powered by Accelya’s FLX AIViator AI platform, FLX ONE Vision analyses millions of Order events for each airline in real time, surfacing clear, usable insights. Airlines can see purchasing patterns in real time, to adjust offers and bundles accordingly.
Operational teams gain early visibility into potential issues and can act before they affect passengers and revenue.
In its First View report, independent research firm T2RL describes Accelya’s approach as “pragmatic,” noting that its long experience in Order creation and management gives it a unique understanding of airline retailing data and operations.
Sam Gilliland, CEO of Accelya said: “Airlines are awash with data, but what they need is fast, usable insight.
“Too often, teams are working from yesterday’s reports to make today’s decisions. Real-time visibility changes that completely – it gives people the clarity to act quickly, serve customers better, and avoid unnecessary disruption.”
Helping airlines make progress now
Accelya launched its modular, cloud-native FLX ONE platform at IATA WPS in 2024 to help airlines modernize Offers and Orders at their own pace.
FLX ONE Vision extends that by showing how live Order data can improve decision-making across retail and servicing without major system change.
Many airlines still face hurdles such as fragmented data, slow reporting cycles, and organizational hesitation to change.
FLX ONE Vision helps by putting accurate, real-time Order data at the center of decision-making – building trust in the data, and momentum toward Offers & Orders adoption.
With FLX ONE Vision, airlines can:
- Understand purchasing patterns in real time: see what customers choose to inform pricing or bundle adjustments while interest is high.
- Protect performance and service quality: give operations teams real-time insight into Order changes so they can act early and prevent avoidable disruptions.
- Make faster, more informed decisions: replace delayed reports and data stored in separate systems with one shared, live view across teams.
The solution will be featured at IATA’s WPS and WFS in Istanbul. Currently in beta, airlines piloting the capability are already using live Order visibility to uncover both operational issues and commercial opportunities in real time.
