Air Arabia Egypt launches new routes

Air Arabia Egypt has started its new direct flights connecting Sharm El Sheikh to Amman (Jordan) and from Sohag to Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).

The one-hour Amman flight will operate twice a week, every Sunday and Wednesday.

Air Arabia group chief executive officer, Adel Al Ali said: “This new route is the latest edition to our growing network from Egypt and will enable our customers to discover the amazing lifestyle experiences that both cities offer.

“Intra-regional tourism in the Arab world is a growing segment of the travel industry and we are glad to contribute to this growth through the launch of affordable and value-driven direct flights”.

Air Arabia Egypt will operate twice a week between Sohag International Airport and King Khalid International Airport. Flights depart Sohag on Fridays and on Sundays.

Al Ali said Egypt and Saudi Arabia remain key markets of growth and the carrier is glad to connect more cities between both countries through the launch of this direct service,

Air Arabia, currently operates flights to more than 155 routes across the globe from four hubs located in the Middle East and North Africa.
