At the beginning of January 2026, the Latvian airline airBaltic marks the 30th anniversary of the route between its home base in Riga, Latvia, and Copenhagen, Denmark.
This was the airline’s third direct service, after launching its first commercial routes from Riga to Stockholm, Sweden and Helsinki, Finland in October 1995.

airBaltic operates up to three daily flights between Riga and Copenhagen.
