Airbus is reported to have said that it will end production of its superjumbo passenger plane, the A380, if it does not find any new customers.
The BBC reported that Airbus’ sales director, John Leahy, said the A380’s production would be halted if Emirates did not place an order in the near future.
The sales director did note he was hopeful a new deal with Emirates would be struck however.
