ALM arranges lease of A321 to Bamboo Airways

Aircraft Leasing & Management (“ALM”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fuyo General Lease (“Fuyo”) has arranged the lease of an Airbus A321-211 aircraft to Bamboo Airways (“Bamboo”).

The aircraft bearing manufacturer serial number 5485, was previously operated by EVA Air, and was transitioned to Bamboo in Taipei directly from the previous lessee.

The aircraft has been leased to Bamboo by FGL Aircraft Ireland Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fuyo.

Harry Kemp, Marketing Manager at ALM said:  “We are delighted to place this A321 aircraft on lease to Bamboo, and to welcome them to Fuyo’s growing list of lessees under management by ALM.

“This transaction highlights ALM’s ongoing ability to successfully market and manage the transition of used aircraft.”

ALM acted as transaction arranger on behalf of Fuyo and will be the lessor’s servicer for the duration of the Bamboo lease.

ALM has also announced the appointment of Hugh Mohan as Commercial Analyst.

Hugh joins the expanding ALM team from an operating lessor in Dublin, most recently as a Commercial Executive.

He holds a Masters in Aviation Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

Hugh will support ALM’s commercial and marketing activities as we continue to grow our managed portfolio of A320 and B737 family aircraft.
