Aviator Airport Alliance appoints a business excellence director

Aviator Airport Alliance, a full-range provider of aviation services at 15 airports across the Nordics, is expanding its leadership team.

Joining the company as Business Excellence Director is Natalija Mager-Falkauskiene, a seasoned senior manager with in-depth knowledge of process optimisation and LEAN methods.

Jo Alex Tanem, CEO of Aviator Airport Alliance, commented on the new appointment: “Onboarding Natalija is a major step in the development of our organisation.

Before joining Aviator, Ms. Mager-Falkauskiene worked across multiple diverse industries, including retail, facility management, and integrated utility services.

Business Excellence Director is a new position at Aviator Airport Alliance, whose core responsibilities will revolve around creating and standardising processes that help improve business operations, manage projects efficiently, and ensure sustainable practices are implemented, reflecting a strong ESG commitment.
