Azul S.A., “Azul” announces today its preliminary traffic results for July 2020.
Consolidated passenger traffic (RPKs) increased 40.7% compared to June 2020 on a capacity increase (ASKs) of 33.3%, resulting in a load factor of 79.6%, up 4.1 percentage points. Domestic load factor was 79.4% and international load factor was 81.0%.
“Based on the successful results so far of our sequential capacity growth we expect to continue this trend as domestic demand recovers in Brazil. Our diversified fleet is allowing us to successfully match capacity with demand and we are confident in our ability to continue rebuilding our network over time”, said John Rodgerson, Azul’s CEO.
