Bangkok Airways welcomes a new Airbus A319 into its fleet

Bangkok Airways has welcomed a new Airbus A319 into its fleet and the aircraft ahs taken its maiden flight from Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport.

This Airbus 319 accommodates 144 passengers in one class configuration and will be serving both domestic and international routes such as Chiang Mai, Phuket, Samui, Krabi, Myanmar (Yangon and Mandalay), Cambodia (Siem Reap and Phnom Penh) and India (Mumbai).

Currently, the Thailand-based carrier’s fleet consists of 39 aircraft: six ATR72-500s, nine ATR72-600s, 15 A319s (4 Duo Class) and nine A320s.
