Bombardier has finally won a bitter battle with Boeing in the US regarding trade tariffs which will hopefully save thousands of UK-based jobs.
Bombardier faced the imposing of a tariff of 290% on its imports into the US, set by the country after a complaint was lodged by Boeing after Bombardier struck a deal with rival, Delta.
The US International Trade Commision has now ruled in favor of Bombardier, as they say that the sale did not cause injury to Boeing.
The anticipation during the complaint cause anxiety for the UK as many Bombardier jobs are based in Belfast.
