Singapore Changi Airport registered 5.91 million passenger movements in July 2019, 3.3 per cent higher than the same month last year.

For the month of July, all regions except for South Asia recorded growth. Germany, Korea, New Zealand and the US were among top markets that registered double-digit growth, while traffic to India and the UK declined. Among Changi’s top routes, Shanghai (+12%) and Brisbane (+12%) were the fastest growing.

Indian carrier Vistara is a new addition to the flight roster at Changi Airport, as it launched its first international flight to Singapore on 6 August. The airline operates daily services to Delhi and Mumbai.

As at 1 August 2019, more than 120 airlines operate at Changi Airport, connecting Singapore to some 380 cities in about 100 countries and territories worldwide.
