Etihad Airport Services’s ground handling arm has received the Airline Operators Committee award for excellence in 2017, it was announced recently.
The company managed an on time performance of 98.6 per cent last year, which was the highest reached by a company.
High levels of satisfaction were reached from check-in to baggage reclaim, it was stated.
In 2017, the company services 31 airlines including Etihad Airways. It handled more than 4.5 million passengers last year.
