FIA18: Sichuan Airlines pens agreement for 10 Airbus A350s

Chinese carrier Sichuan Airlines ordered 10 Airbus A350 XWBs at the Farnborough Internaitonal Airshow today.

The Chengdu-based carrier has selected the aircraft to be the latest in its fleet. It will be deployed on long-haul international routes such as to North America and Europe.

Sichuan Airlines operates the largest all-Airbus fleet in China with over 130 aircraft and in addition to its vast domestic network, it operates more than 30 international routes to Moscow, Sydney, Dubai and Vancouver.

The airlines also leased four A350 XWBs with the first one to be delivered by this year.
