FLY4 Airlines, the Dublin-based ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) airline, has partnered with ACS Leasing (a subsidiary of Air Charter Service) to secure a winter season ACMI service out of Delhi for Indian carrier SpiceJet.
The programme is FLY4’s first longer-term ACMI programme outside Europe and a key development in the young airline’s growth plan.
Starting 31 October 2025 and running through early May 2026 before returning to Europe for summer 2026 operations, FLY4 will operate selected routes from Delhi, including domestic services to Mumbai, Varanasi, and Ayodhya, as well as international flights to Dubai and Bangkok.
This development reflects FLY4’s strategy to build a diversified and counter-seasonal customer portfolio, enabling the airline to optimise fleet utilisation year-round.
By collaborating with aviation partners that offer scalable, long-term potential, FLY4 is establishing a platform for sustainable growth.
Jochen Schnadt, CEO and Accountable Manager of FLY4 Airlines, said: “This is a major step in implementing our strategy to build a balanced, counter-seasonal customer portfolio.
“By working with partners like SpiceJet and ACS Leasing, we are laying the foundation to scale our business and position FLY4 as the Irish-based capacity solutions provider of choice with global reach.”
Scott Collier, CEO of ACS Leasing Ltd said: “We are delighted to have played a key role in bringing this cross regional partnership to life, leveraging our expertise to align two aviation businesses with complementary strengths and ambitions.
“This collaboration not only delivers vital additional capacity for the Indian market during a peak travel season but also lays the groundwork for long-term opportunities.”
