Heathrow airport has revealed a new, interesting development in which fliers can use Amazon’s Echo device to find important information regarding arrivals and departures at the airport.
The airport, in conjunction with The Voyage Team, is to provide the Alexa voice on the device a new function that will allow passengers to ask important information at Heathrow.
Passengers will be able to find information such as departures and arrival times, if a flight is delayed and gate information.
