As of March 2nd, Icelandair now offers passengers the option to pre-purchase meals before flight, available in the booking process.
Passengers can add meals in “My Journey” until 24 hours before departure.
This change is in line with Icelandair’s sustainability goals, the objective of reducing food waste and aircraft load.
Additionally, new environmentally friendly food packaging has been introduced.
