Kuwait City – Kuwaiti Jazeera Airways aims to secure $1 billion rather than $2 billion from banks to fund part of a deal that would purchase new Airbus aircraft, the Kuwaiti carrier’s chairman told Reuters on Tuesday.
Jazeera Airways seeks to finance 30% of the aircraft deal with Airbus instead of 70% as initially planned, the chairman added.
