Two Jet Airways pilots, due to fly to Mumbai from London Heathrow, have been grounded following a fight in the aircraft cockpit.
The two pilots, whom are believed to be in a relationship, were involved in a confrontation on the New Year’s Day flight.
The male pilot was said to have slapped his female colleague as she left the cockpit in tears while the aircraft was flying in the air.
The aircraft landed safely in Mumbai, although the couple are now said to be de-rostered.
