KLM and Air Mauritius will suspend their joint venture (JV) operations between Mauritius and Amsterdam at the start of the 2019 winter season effective from 27 October 2019.

The current joint operations on the two weekly Air Mauritius’ operated flights will continue throughout the summer 2019 season ending on 26 October 2019.

KLM said that passengers holding tickets beyond this date will be either rebooked to other flights or are eligible for a refund.

The long established JV between Air France and Air Mauritius will not be affected by the suspension of the Amsterdam – Mauritius route, thus providing passengers the option to travel via Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport to Mauritius where both carriers will continue their operations with up to twice daily flights between Paris and Mauritius.
