Lufthansa InTouch chooses SITA to manage service centre communication network

Lufthansa’s InTouch system will once again use SITA to manage its wide communication network and will help to the airline to communicate through its service centre and other parts of its infrastructure.

SITA currently supports customers in over 90 markets and its services are managed by over 2,000 staff.

SITA will monitor and oversee how Lufthansa responds to customer queries through its call centre.
