A newly launched airline, Zambia Airways, is set to receive a 45% ownership stake from Ethiopian Airline.
Zambia will retain a majority 55% stake, while Ethiopian takes the minor, although still substantial.
The Ethiopian government has said that the airline will be ran as a partnership between the two.
