Undertaking several positions at various airlines and ground handling companies in Turkey, and abroad, Erna re-joined Havaş in 2014 and continued his role in sales, marketing, and business development operations. Erna worked as the Deputy General Manager in charge of Sales and Marketing since October 2017 and was assigned as Acting General Manager of Havas from July 1st, 2020, and as General Manager as from October 1st, 2020.

A lawyer, having graduated from Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico, Graciela has plenty of experience in negotiating and drafting contracts within different industries. She has been responsible for ground handling procurement at Aeromexico for over three years. Her IATA Training has included Airline Contract Law, SLA-SGHA Effective Negotiation Behaviours & Procurement and Contracts Management. She formulated the SLA for ground handling services for Aeromexico's SGHA and is responsible for following up on the quality of international services delivered to the carrier.

He is a board member of Airport Services Association - ASA and a member of the IATA Ground operation Group - GOG. ( GOG IS acting as an advisor to the OPC, IATA management and other relevant IATA bodies on all matters related to the ground operations. It will also be approving changes to the AHM and IGOM ). Mohamed holds skills in negotiation, operations management and tourism. Fabio Gamba is a seasoned manager in Air Transport, with more than 20 years in the industry. Gamba started his career at the Civil Air Navigation Services Organisation (CANSO) upon his return to Geneva in the late 90s, then joined The Boeing Company as a Deputy Director Air Traffic Management in Brussels. Gamba proceeded with the position of Deputy SG of the now defunct Association of European Airlines (AEA), before leading the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) during six years until 2016. He is currently managing two Associations in parallel, namely the Airline Catering Association (ACA) based in Belgium, and the Airport Services Association (ASA) based in Switzerland.

Miguel has a multi-cultural background and experience, being born in Sweden, brought up in Spain, done his universities studies in the UK and currently resides in the Netherlands.

Nick has worked in Aviation for over 30 years and has held a number of roles at all levels within the industry. He is currently CEO of Air Dispatch, a dnata owned Centralized Load Control business. He is passionate about simplifying the business and believes in the maxim “ a simple process rigorously enforced” He and his team work with all their clients to remove unnecessary tasks to free up the Load Controller to undertake the safety related task of ensuring the aircraft stays within the safe limits required for flight. Nick has worked extensively with IATA, EASA and other industry bodies to develop best practice in a number of areas. Air Dispatch was formed in 2007 and is the world leader in centralized Load Control providing services to a number of tier one carriers across the globe. In 2019 became the first company to produce loadsheets for more than a million flights in a single calendar year.

Dieter Bruneel has worked in aviation across customer services, product innovation and ground handling since 2010. He started his career in customer services for TUI fly Belgium where he had responsibilities in ground operations, inflight services and product development and innovation. Dieter was also then responsible for the integration of Moroccan subsidiary Jet4you into Jetairfly (now TUI fly Belgium) in 2012. He then became at 28 the youngest nominated person for head of ground operations at TUI fly Belgium. Dieter then became director of operations of TUI fly Belgium in 2016. In his current role, he is the responsible board member for ground operations at TUI fly Benelux and all ground support activities for TUI fly Belgium, TUI fly Netherlands, TUI fly Nordics and TUI Airways UK.

Mrs. Olatokunbo A. Fagbemi is an Airports Council International (ACI) and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) certified International Airport Professional (IAP). She is one of the few African women to have achieved the highly rigorous standards for expertise in the field of airport management. In addition to the IAP Certification, Mrs. Olatokunbo A. Fagbemi holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from IESE (“Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa”) University of Nevara, Spain. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Ibadan. Tokunbo also attended Maryhill Convent School Ibadan, Queens School Ibadan, Harvard University USA, and Cranfield University UK. She holds Certificates in Air Transport Management, Airport Commercial Revenue Development, from Cranfield University, UK. She holds a Certificate in Leaders in Development from Kennedy School of Government (KSG), Harvard University. She also holds a Certificate in Infrastructure in a Market Economy from KSG, Harvard University. She is an IATA certified Leasing Professional, an expert in Infrastructure Provision and Public-Private Partnerships. She has facilitated several training programs for Airport Council International (ACI), several Airlines, Ground Handling Companies and the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA). Tokunbo is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School. Tokunbo has had the privilege of working and training in various aspects of Airport Management, Passenger Handling, Ramp Handling and Cargo Handling at; Dubai International Airport, Changi Airport Singapore, Murtala Muhammed International Airport Ikeja and Dallas Fort Worth Airport amongst others. Tokunbo has hands-on Consulting, Business Advisory and Financing expertise haven worked with several Ground Handling Companies, Civil Aviation Authority in Nigeria, Gambia and Sierra Leone. Tokunbo has attended several International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), International Air Transport Association (IATA), IATA Ground Handling Council (IGHC), Airports Council International (ACI) courses and seminars. She is an Executive Director in Springfountain Infrastructure Limited and the Managing Director of the African Aircraft Leasing Company (AALC). Tokunbo is married with three children. Her hobbies include; Reading, Aerobics, and Travelling.

Şerife is working as Vice President Procurement for Pegasus Airlines, in Turkey. She is the head of centralized procurement of the airline, originally coming from technical purchasing and has worked over 18 years in technical spare parts and services. Previously, she worked in two main private airlines in Turkey, before her recent company. When she first started Pegasus, she used to be the technical purchasing manager and she continued this position for more than 7 years. In 2017, she became the head of procurement, which is nearly doing the whole purchasing of the airline. Scope of her responsibility is; technical procurement, fuel and services procurement and indirect procurement. Component support, line maintenance, base maintenance, in to plane fuel services, airport and ground handling, ınformation technologies, construction, Hotels and accommodation are just some few headlines of her contract activities. She is a member of IATP, plus, some local purchasing committees. She also tries to have some roles in women business activities, in order to encourage independent entrepreneurs in equal gender.
