Panasonic Avionics Corporation, provider of in-flight engagement and connectivity (IFEC), today unveiled a range of major enhancements to its Arc in-flight map platform.

Patrick Biggerstaff, Senior Director of Product Management, Digital Solutions, at Panasonic Avionics, said: “Passengers are looking for more engaging, personalized, and inclusive in-flight experiences, but traditional maps have often felt static and lacking in emotional or informational depth.

“At the same time, airlines need tools that differentiate their brand, promote their network, and integrate in-flight engagement into broader digital ecosystems, all while meeting growing accessibility expectations.

“The latest Arc evolutions address these needs, transforming the map into a platform for storytelling, inclusivity, and brand connection, while reinforcing Panasonic Avionics’ position as a leader in map innovation and passenger-centric design.”

Since its launch, Arc has been selected by 35 of the world’s leading airlines for over 1,000 aircraft and is already in service across multiple fleets and geographies.
