Polish Airports S.A. and Oman Airports Management Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at establishing cooperation and determining the potential of air traffic between Poland and Oman.
Oman Airports is the company managing the airport at the capital city of Muscat and other civil airports in the Sultanate of Oman.
The Memorandum of Understanding is an expression of the common will to establish close cooperation in order to develop and improve aviation services both at airports in Poland and in the Middle East.
As part of this declaration, both parties undertake to jointly seek new opportunities for cooperation, exchange experiences in the field of airport management and implement projects aimed at encouraging airlines to launch direct routes between countries.
The goals mentioned also included: promoting travel, both business and private, between the Sultanate of Oman and Poland, addressing the issues and challenges of the global aviation sector and sharing lessons learned after the pandemic.
Stanisław Wojtera, President of Polskie Porty Lotnicze S.A. and member of the board of ACI Europe says: “Signing the Memorandum of Understanding with Oman Airports Management Company is an important step for us towards strengthening international relations and building strong partnerships in the aviation sector.
“We are convinced that this cooperation will bring numerous benefits for both parties, in particular for travelers using airports managed by our companies.”
The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding is an expression of trust and readiness of both companies to work together to improve air service and create innovative solutions in the aviation sector.
