Qantas to launch first ever non-stop London-Australia flight in March

Passengers dreaming of a regular non-stop service between the UK and Australia will see their dream become a reality this year.

Australian airline, Qantas, will begin a regular non-stop London-Perth service in late March of 2018.

The 17 hour flight between the two cities will be served by a Boeing 787 Dreamliner and will operate on a daily basis.

On March 25th, the first flight will take off from London Heathrow at 13:30pm and land in Perth at 13:15pm the following day.

The route will replace the existing route that stops in Dubai before continuing to the western city of Australia.

The fuel efficiency of the 787 Dreamliner will allow the dream of non-stop travel to Australia to become a reality.
