Ryanair Group traffic up 9% in July on the same month in 2018

Ryanair Group traffic grew nine per cent in July to 14.8 million and operated 81,000 scheduled flights, continuing its strong growth path.

Ryanair itself flew 14.2 million passengers in the month, eight per cent and 1.1 million more than July 2018 with a load factor of 97 per cent.

The group’s Austrian subsidiary Lauda which it took full control of at the start of the year added 0.6 million to the total, 20 per cent more than July last year with a load factor of 96 per cent.

On a rolling annual basis, Ryanair Group has flown 148.2 million passengers with an overall load factor of 96 per cent. This was 10 per cent more than the 134.4 million in the previous 12 months.
