Ryanair grows traffic by 10% in April

Ryanair’s traffic – including its low-cost arm Lauda – grew by 10 per cent to 13.5 million passengers in April.

The Irish carrier alone carried 13 million, five per cent more than the same month last year. The load factor was 96 per cent across its network.

Lauda carried 0.5 million passengers in the month. The load factor was 92 per cent

On a moving 12-month basis, Ryanair Group has carried 142.3 million passengers, nine per cent more than the previous 12 months with a load factor of 96 per cent.

Ryanair operated over 75,000 scheduled flights in April.
