Seefeld Group appoints new analyst to bolster marketing research and insights capacity.

Seefeld Group, the Canada-headquartered marketing research and strategy consultancy, has appointed Tahreem Sheikh to the new role of analyst in response to growing market demand for its services. Sheikh first joined Seefeld Group in 2019 as a junior analyst via an internship program while completing his bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Montreal.

In his role as analyst, Sheikh is now responsible for supporting key client projects on a day-to-day basis, enabling Seefeld Group to continue developing and evolving the understanding of the “voice of the customer” for clients in aviation, real estate, and other B-2-B industries.

Through Seefeld Group’s ability to collect data, derive insights and facilitate strategies the research undertaken aligns customer needs and changing market trends with enhanced business performance. The research analysis is critical in helping Seefeld Group’s global clients make better decisions on how to grow revenues, retain customers and optimally manage business risk.

“As we move towards a post-pandemic era, it is essential that business, especially B-2-B, optimally adapts to changing customer needs and this can only be done by carefully and objectively listening to their views and perceptions. Tahreem will support Seefeld Group’s continued commitment to serving clients in aviation and other industries by further applying our tailored and actionable approaches to gathering first-hand customer feedback,” said Charles Porteous, Seefeld Group president and founder. “Tahreem’s methodical analysis, inquiring mind and ability to interpret and present the information in clear, concise ways will be invaluable to our clients.”

Sheikh adds, “This is a transformational time for many sectors, particularly aviation, with the pandemic changing the way people think about travel, so for me it’s a very exciting time to be stepping up to the role of analyst to really help our clients create sustainable business opportunities.”
