Singapore Airlines to switch to an A350 on Singapore-Copenhagen route

Singapore Airlines will serve the Singapore-Copenhagen route with an Airbus A350 from 28 October 2019 replacing a Boeing 777-300ER on the five-weekly service.

The flight frequencies will progressively be stepped up to daily services.

Every year, more than 100,000 passengers use the Copenhagen-Singapore route. From the Nordics Singapore Airlines also operates a direct flight between Stockholm and Singapore

Singapore Airlines Nordics general manager, Erwin Widjaja said: “We are very happy to welcome the Airbus A350 to Copenhagen. With the new A350 on the Copenhagen route, all our flights out of the Nordics are operated with one of the most environmentally attentive aircrafts on the market.

“From Singapore, our customers can benefit from our vast route network to Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
