The Portuguese company SKYPRO signed last week the contract to become the new official supplier of pilot uniforms for the airline Emirates.
The uniform company has offices in Lisbon, Dubai and Atlanta.
After a thorough evaluation process of several potential partners, Emirates selected SKYPRO for its “innovative approach to creating and managing uniforms”.
The main factors that influenced the selection of the Portuguese supplier included the quality of the raw materials presented, the meticulous development of samples, the efficient logistical support, the specialized team and the fact that SKYPRO is also located in Dubai.
SKYPRO is also committed to supporting Emirates in reducing its carbon footprint in the future and transitioning to sustainable uniforms.
This month, SKYPRO will be showcasing some of their Uniforms Collections in Abu Dhabi at IGHC (Iata Gound Handling Conference), booth 11, which will take place from 16-18th, at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center.
The IATA Ground Handling Conference is the most important annual event of the sector. It brings together industry’s leaders from airlines, airports, ground service providers to manufacturers.
