
US based low-cost carrier Sun Country Airlines has continued its route expansion with six new non-stop services from Nashville International Airport.
Minnesota-based Sun Country will offer non-stop flights from Nashville to Fort Myers, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, New Orleans and Minneapolis bringing Sun Country’s total direct services to 70 routes.
All the new services will operate twice a week utilising a Boeing 737 and will start sometime from 1-4 November this year.
Sun Country Airlines president and chief executive officer, Jude Bricker said: “Nashville is a popular destination for travelers in the Twin Cities, and we are excited to offer them an affordable, nonstop option.
“The new service in Nashville is part of our continued effort to grow as a brand, which will allow us to invest in our employees and community here in Minnesota.”
