Sun Country Airlines Holdings, Inc. Files for Proposed Initial Public Offering

Sun Country Airlines Holdings, Inc. (“Sun Country Airlines”) has announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Sun Country Airlines intends to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “SNCY.”

Barclays, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank Securities will serve as joint lead bookrunners, and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Nomura will serve as joint bookrunners for the offering. Apollo Global Securities will serve as a co-manager. The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective.
