Swoop has recently cancelled 16 flights between Canada and the US causing passengers to make last-minute plans.
Calgary-based Swoop cancelled 16 services including: Abbotsford and Las Vegas and between Hamilton in Canada and the US cities of Las Vegas, Orlando, Tampa and Fort Lauderdale.
The Canadian airline stated it has not received full approval to operate flight in the US, therefore has to cancel the scheduled services.
Swoop is compensating inconvenienced passengers and offering a portion of compensation.
Swoop is a subsidiary of WestJet and launched in June.
