Officials from Miami-Dade County and Canadian economy carrier Porter Airlines will celebrate the airline’s launch of a daily Miami-Toronto service with an inaugural ceremony on Wednesday, 13 December.

Porter’s first departure from Miami International Airport to Toronto Pearson International Airport will be one of its first flights in the US using its 132-seat, all-economy Embraer E195-E2 aircraft.

Inaugural passengers will receive special refreshments and a voucher for future travel. Porter passengers also receive a selection of premium snacks and free beer and wine served in glassware on every flight.
