Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) has expanded its strategic relationship with Amadeus, selecting three advanced retailing solutions—Altéa NDC, Air Dynamic Pricing, and Anytime Merchandising—to deliver more personalised, consistent, and context-aware offers across all channels.
THAI will be able to deliver more relevant and seamless offers across direct and indirect channels, creating a more consistent and intuitive experience for passengers.
With smarter, real-time pricing decisions aligned to demand and availability, THAI can offer fair and competitive pricing.
Enhanced ancillary merchandising, supported by timely and personalised recommendations across all touchpoints, will simplify decision-making and contribute to a smoother, more enjoyable end-to-end passenger journey.
THAI will implement a host of integrated solutions to drive its retailing ambitions, including:
- Altéa NDC: Altéa NDC serves as a future‑proof touchpoint for Offer & Order, enabling THAI to control and distribute rich offers across channels today while preparing for next‑generation retailing tomorrow.
- Air Dynamic Pricing: Applies AI-driven models to optimise and adjust air fares in real time based on booking context, inventory, allowing THAI to achieve an average increase in revenues of more than 3%.
- Anytime Merchandising: Enables THAI to optimise revenue through dynamic, personalised offers, while enhancing the customer experience with relevant and timely ancillary products. Seamless omni-channel integration ensures consistent and effective merchandising.
