Turkish Airlines announces the launch of AJET

AnadoluJet, established as a sub-brand of Turkish Airlines in 2008, has started its ticket sales under the name “AJET” as of March 12.

Ahmet Bolat, Turkish Airlines Technical Inc. Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, said: “In line with our goals for the next 10 years, we are proud to have started the establishment process of our AJet.

“The efforts and dedication we have put in for a long time have paid off, and we will introduce AJet to the skies with its summer schedule at the end of March 2024.

“We fully believe that AJet, with its new name, will become an important part of the low-cost aviation industry on a global scale.”

AJET, which will operate flights to a total of 93 destinations, including 41 domestic and 52 international, with its fleet of 95 aircraft during the summer season of 2024, plans to fly to a total of 44 countries with a fleet of 200 aircraft within the next 10 years as a global growth target.
