Uganda National Airlines which has been relaunched this year and is set to start operations soon has added seven regional routes to its network across Africa.

They include services to Nairobi, Juba, Bujumbura, Dar-es-Salaam, Mombasa, Mogadishu and Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.

Uganda recently secured two Bombardier CRJ 900 aircraft for the national carrier, which are set to arrive on 23 April. Earlier this month the airline also ordered two Airbus A330-800 widebody aircraft (pictured above).

More aircraft are expected in the country by 2021 and the carrier is currently having its air operating license processed.

Uganda National Airlines is also expected to manage its ground handling services.
