Vietnam Airlines will start additional services on 27 March from Ho Chi Minh City to Singapore and Taiwan.
The carrier will fly four times a week utilising an Airbus A321 to both destinations and is reportedly starting them to meet demand from passengers.
Services to Singapore’s Changi Airport will fly from Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Son Nhat International Airport on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
Flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Taiwan’s Taoyuan International Airport will depart every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
These changes will bring Vietnam Airlines network to 11 per week to Taiwan and 25 a week to Changi.
Vietnam Airlines is set to expand further in the years ahead and is upgrading its fleet and over the next year or two it is set to welcome 18 Airbus A321neo, eight Boeing 787-10, and 16 more Airbus A350-900.
