Wizz Air launches first-of-its-kind bespoke online shopping platform

Wizz Air has announced the launch of WIZZ SHOP&FLY, a first-of-its-kind online shopping platform designed to elevate passengers’ pre-travel shopping experience by providing personalised recommendations.

Wizz Air is the very first airline globally to offer a personalised shopping experience.

Wizz Air has partnered with intelligent shopping mall partner, InterLnkd, to curate a personalised shopping experience for customers.

Through a fully integrated e-commerce store, Wizz Air passengers can not only browse a variety of fashion, beauty and retail brands ahead of their flight, but can purchase and have these items delivered directly to their homes ahead of their flight.

The new online mall will utilise InterLnkd’s AI solution to analyse customers’ post-booking shopping habits and the destinations customers are flying to, curating personalised recommendations for products, so that passengers can be fully prepared ahead of their flights.

This product launch is the latest amongst many of Wizz Air’s offerings for customers, some of which include the recent spring clearance promotion for ancillary products and celebrating the airline’s recent 90 millionth passenger with a £200 voucher. This year, the airline will reach its 20-year anniversary.
