Wizz Air: Spain lifts travel restrictions for UK holidaymakers

From today, UK holidaymakers looking for a sun-soaked summer can now travel to Spain without the requirement to self-isolate on arrival, as announced yesterday by Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, González Laya. Now is the perfect time for sun-seeking Brits to book with Wizz Air on flights to Spain, with its new network of Spanish destinations and WIZZ Flex promotion for just €1.

Just in time for the summer season, UK passengers can now travel on Wizz Air’s new Spanish routes, such as London Luton to Gran Canaria, the first of five new Spanish services from London Luton this year, with flights to Fuerteventura, Malaga, Palma de Mallorca and Castellón starting in July and to Lanzarote in October.

For today only, passengers can also purchase WIZZ Flex on flights during June, July and August for just €1. By adding WIZZ Flex to a booking, passengers have the option to cancel their flight, or change the date or destination of their flights unlimited times up to 3 hours before departure without any fee and get 100% of the original fare immediately reimbursed in airline credit. UK customers have until 23.59 CEST tonight to snap up this deal, so should act quickly to ensure ultimate flexibility and peace of mind on bookings during these uncertain times and react to any changes to the U.K. quarantine rules.
