The Latvian airline airBaltic celebrates the start of the third season of its internal airBaltic Leaders for Future (ALFA) program in an educational and knowledge-sharing event on the future of work and emerging trends in employee retention and belonging.
Joined by other local and international company representatives who shared their experience and insight, the event was organized for airBaltic employees – program participants, trainers and internal couches.
Alīna Aronberga, SVP Human Resources at airBaltic: “Over the years, ALFA program has become an integral part of what we do here at airBaltic – learn, share and grow together.
“We are glad to come together today in this event to celebrate already the third year of the program and engage in a meaningful experience exchange and valuable discussions both with our employees and guests.”
