The Latvian airline airBaltic celebrates the start of the third season of its internal airBaltic Leaders for Future (ALFA) program in an educational and knowledge-sharing event on the future of work and emerging trends in employee retention and belonging.
Joined by other local and international company representatives who shared their experience and insight, the event was organized for airBaltic employees – program participants, trainers and internal couches.

airBaltic Leaders for Future (ALFA) program is a tailor-made internal airBaltic learning and development program, created to enable the airline employees to sharpen their skills and talents in order to reach their career goals and contribute to the future success of the company.
Since the launch of the program in October 2020, it has grown significantly. Approximately 190 leaders and high potential employees have enrolled in the ALFA Leadership Program so far.
