Lufthansa Consulting (LCG) and Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) have agreed to work together to deliver consulting services for business optimization and process improvement.
A signing ceremony between BAS and LCG recently took place at the BAS headquarters in the presence of Alexander Manakos, Head of Market Middle East at Lufthansa Consulting, and Mohammed Khalil, CEO of BAS.
In order to help BAS evolve, LCG will thoroughly examine the business’s present operating model with the goal of creating transformative initiatives that improve productivity and achieve operational excellence.
As part of the company’s continued plan to achieve long-term operational success, the new relationship with LCG will allow BAS to modernise the organisation by implementing a more streamlined manner of operation.
