Deutsche Lufthansa AG has successfully completed its capital increase announced on 19 September 2021.
Further to the previous announcement, Deutsche Lufthansa AG confirms that the remaining 9,814,586 New Shares for which subscription rights had not been exercised during the subscription period were successfully placed to institutional investors.
The final gross proceeds from the capital increase hence amount to EUR 2,162 million.
Admission of the New Shares to trading on the regulated market segment (regulierter Markt) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse) with simultaneous admission to the sub segment thereof with additional post admission obligations (Prime Standard) is expected on 7 October 2021, with trading to commence on 11 October 2021.
Following registration of the capital increase with the Company’s commercial register, the Company’s issued share capital will amount to EUR 3,060,443,248.64 divided into 1,195,485,644 shares.
