Indian carrier IndiGo has added a new daily non-stop flight connecting Delhi and Dhaka effective 22 August, 2019.
Chief commercial officer, William Boulter said the new route to Bangladesh is part of the airline’s mission to extend affordable air connectivity within India and internationally.
“We are confident, with Dhaka being a handicraft and textile hub in Asia, enhanced connectivity will promote trade as well as tourism between India and Bangladesh,” he said.
He added: “IndiGo is committed to offering its leisure and business travellers an on-time, courteous and hassle-free service and affordable flying experience consistently.”
IndiGo said the new route is designed to cater to business and leisure travellers who are constantly on the lookout for new and affordable flying options.
