Joramco adds the Boeing 777 & the Airbus A320neo to its GCAA approval

Joramco, the Amman based MRO and the engineering arm of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), has announced that it has extended its United Arab Emirates approval, the GCAA, to include the Boeing 777 and the Airbus A320neo aircraft types.

Jeff Wilkinson, Joramco‘s Chief Executive Officer commented: “The addition of these aircraft types to our GCAA approval is part of our strategic roadmap to enrich our capabilities and is completely in line with the vision of our majority owner, DAE. This shall enable Joramco to work with more customers falling under this authority who are operating these types of aircraft.”

With more than 50 years of experience, Joramco has built a sound track record as a leading commercial aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility serving a wide range of customers in the; Middle East, Europe, South Asia, Africa, Russia and the CIS countries, offering services on several aircraft models from the Airbus, Boeing, and Embraer fleets.

Strategically located at a free zone area in Queen Alia International Airport in Amman-Jordan, Joramco’s facility includes 5 hangars that can accommodate up to 17 aircraft. Joramco is certified by a number of international regulatory authorities including the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Jordan’s Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (JCARC).
