TAP celebrates a decade of flying to Boa Vista, Cape Verde

This weekend, TAP celebrated a decade of direct flights to Boa Vista, marking a significant milestone for the Portuguese carrier.

The inaugural flight touched down in Boa Vista on 29 October 2013, following its four-hour journey from Lisbon, and was marked on arrival by local celebrations.

Cape Verde’s best kept secret, Boa Vista, is known for its stunning sandy beaches, unique landscapes, and spectacular sunsets – the perfect destination for those sunseekers looking to jet off this winter.

Today, TAP offers customers two weekly direct flights between Lisbon and Boa Vista, bringing the islands of Cape Verde closer than ever before.

Customers travelling to Boa Vista can enjoy direct flights each Tuesday and Saturday, with TP1567 leaving Lisbon at 9:35am, arriving into the beachy paradise at 12:45pm local time.

On the return, TP1568 departs Boa Vista at 1:45pm, arriving back into TAP’s home hub at 6:35pm local time.
