Wizz Air UK today (2 July) started a direct three-weekly route from the London Luton Airport to Finland’s oldest city Turku.
The ever-growing expanding low-cost carrier will operate one of its Airbus aircraft on the link which will be the only UK connection to Turku.
Wizz Air now offers 98 low-fare routes to 27 countries from 10 UK airports.
Wizz Air UK managing director, Owain Jones said: “Our direct route to Finland’s oldest city means that people looking to travel to Turku can do so in one short flight on-board one of our brand new, ultra-efficient Airbus aircraft.”
